The mission of The Faculty of Economic Sciences derives from the important role of the economist in social life, a role imposed by the criteria of efficiency and rentability which are at the basis of economic activity.
The new trends impose among other things:
the increase of the number of specialists involved in the elaboration and implementation of projects that should answer the present day necessities of Romanian economy and society.;
a more intense attraction of higher economic education stuff in national and multinational firms
the development of general and specific competences in the management of economic and social phenomena.
In this respect, Faculty of Economic Sciences ensures, with the help of a highly qualified teaching stuff, professional training of some specialists in the domains of accounting, international business, finance and banking, trade economy, tourism , marketing and management both from a practical and theoretical perspective based on a large profound documentation regarding the experience of developed economic countries.
